Email notifications

OptimizeCamp emails you the numbers you'd otherwise have to come check: a summary after every tracking run, a weekly roundup, and a monthly review. Every one of them can be switched off — per email type, in one place.

What you receive

EmailWhenWhat’s in it
WelcomeOnce, right after signupWhere to start — your first baseline is about 15 minutes away.
Run summaryAfter runs with something to reportVisibility score and share of voice for the day (with the change since the previous run), prompts answered, citations, and any alerts or wins the run raised. Your baseline run gets its own “baseline ready” version. Baselines and manual runs always email; a scheduled run that completes cleanly with nothing raised and numbers basically unmoved stays silent.
Weekly digestMonday, covering last Mon–SunLast week per project — average share of voice and visibility score with week-over-week deltas, prompts answered, citations, alerts, and your loudest rival for the week.
Monthly digestThe 1st, covering last calendar monthThe same review at month scale, with deltas against the month before.

Digests only cover what was actually measured: a project with no tracking runs in the period simply doesn’t appear, and a workspace with nothing measured gets no digest at all — never an empty email.

Turning emails off

Settings → Email notifications has one toggle per email type. The toggles are account-wide — they follow you across every workspace you belong to, so switching off run summaries switches them off everywhere. Every email also carries an unsubscribe link in its footer that switches off just that type, no login needed.

Alert emails are separate

Critical alert email (and Slack delivery) is configured per project under Settings → Alerts — see Alert settings. Account email like password resets can’t be disabled.

Key takeaways

  • Run summaries (when a run has something to report), one weekly digest, one monthly digest — each with its own toggle.
  • Toggles live in Settings → Email notifications and apply account-wide.
  • Every email footer has a one-click unsubscribe for that email type.
  • Empty periods never send — no runs, no email.
