1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OptimizeCamp ("the Service"), operated by DotCamp LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OptimizeCamp is a content audit platform that analyzes written content for accuracy, authority, and AI citability. The Service includes content analysis, inline editing suggestions, scoring, and report generation.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are available through subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without prior written permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by DotCamp LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Content and Data

You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content. Audit results and suggestions generated by the Service are provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotCamp LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content analysis will guarantee improved AI citation performance.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
