Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

OptimizeCamp offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you decide not to subscribe, your account will automatically downgrade at the end of the trial period — you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with OptimizeCamp, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge. To request a refund, email us at contact@optimizecamp.com with your account email and reason for the request.

3. After the 7-Day Window

After the initial 7-day refund window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

4. Plan Changes

When upgrading to a higher plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period — no partial refunds are issued for downgrades.

5. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel and retain access for the remainder of your paid period.

6. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside of these windows at our discretion in cases of:

  • Extended service outages that materially affect your ability to use OptimizeCamp
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Circumstances where the Service did not function as described

7. How to Request a Refund

Email contact@optimizecamp.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
